Workshop and Working group meeting (on 9 June 2026)

The workshop will take place at the Japanese-German Center (JDZB) in Berlin.

A bus shuttle will be available from the hotel to the JDZB on the morning of June 9, 2026. The bus departs at 7:00 a.m. from the hotel.

The workshop will take place on 9 June 2026, starting at 8:00 a.m. as a hybrid event and concluding at 16:00 p.m.

The morning session will be held in a hybrid format (8:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.), allowing both on-site and remote participation, while the afternoon session (2:00 p.m.  to 4:00 p.m.) will take place on-site only.

Participants can follow the event in German or Japanese using headphones in the conference room. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided throughout the whole workshop. Headsets are provided by the JDZB.

After the event, participants are cordially invited to a social event in the evening. A dinner programme is planned for the evening following the workshop. Participation requires binding registration.

Social Event (on 9 June 2026)

An evening social event will take place, providing a relaxed setting for networking and informal exchange, accompanied by a conference dinner.

The dinner is planned aboard a boat operated by “Spreetours” on the River Spree. Catering will be provided as a classic buffet, including beverages.

At 4:30 p.m., participants will be picked up by bus shuttle at the JDZB. The bus will then take the participants to the boat (5:30 p.m.).
